1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Global Learning application (the "App"), a training platform that also works offline. By using the App, you accept these Terms.
2. Service description
The App lets you follow courses, read lessons, take quizzes and track your progress. Results sync with the server as soon as an Internet connection is available.
3. Registration
Access requires creating a profile (name, phone, ID number, administration and region). You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the App only for legitimate training purposes.
- Do not attempt to bypass, disrupt or compromise the security of the service.
- Do not share illegal, offensive or infringing content.
5. Intellectual property
The training content, brand and elements of the App are protected. They are provided for your personal training use and may not be reproduced or redistributed without authorisation.
6. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which we invite you to read.
7. Availability and offline operation
The App is designed to work offline. Some features (sync, certificate) require Internet. We do not guarantee continuous, error-free availability of the service.
8. Liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
9. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may change. The version in force is the one displayed in the App.
